Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation

The Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation serves as the Farm Credit System Banks' fiscal agent, with primary responsibility to issue, market and handle Farm Credit Debt Securities to finance the System's loans, leases and operations. The Funding Corporation selling group distributes these securities on a worldwide basis. As the System's financial spokesperson, the Funding Corporation is responsible for financial disclosure and the release of public information concerning the financial condition and performance of the System. It also manages the System's investor relations program and provides the System Banks with consulting, accounting and financial reporting services.

Tracey McCabe

Tracey McCabe is President and CEO of the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation. She is a member of the Farm Credit System's Presidents Planning Committee, Risk Management Committee, Finance Committee and Business Practices Committee.

Tracey joined the Funding Corporation in January 2012. She was previously a partner with Goldman, Sachs, & Co., where she was a member of Goldman's committees for Business Practices, Credit Policy, Structured Products, Pan Asian Operations and Pan Asian Diversity. Her work in the financial markets has spanned the United States, Latin America, and Hong Kong, where she lived for a number of years running Goldman's Fixed Income Division in Non-Japan Asia.

Tracey received her MBA from Brigham Young University as well as undergraduate degrees in Agricultural Economics and International Relations.

Peter Connor

Peter Connor is Managing Director of Risk and Research and Finance of the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Finance. He is a member of the System Risk Work Group.

Prior to joining the Funding Corporation in 2004, he spent six years in the Fixed Income Division at Lehman Brothers Inc.

Mr. Connor received a B.A. degree in History from Hobart College, and an M.B.A in Finance from Rutgers University.

Susan Bilotta

Susan Bilotta began her Farm Credit career in 1985. Her years of experience in the Finance Department have resulted in a broad range of responsibilities. Ms. Bilotta is primarily responsible for the debt funding programs, coordinating derivative activity and selling group management. In addition, Ms. Bilotta coordinates with the Investor Relations department by speaking at conferences and meeting with investors. In addition to her Farm Credit experience Susan is actively involved in The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s research where she is on the Board of Directors.

Susan holds a BS degree in Biology from the University of Richmond, and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Tim Amerson
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Amerson received a B.S. degree in business finance from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Duke University. Prior to joining AgFirst in 1987, Mr. Amerson was employed by the National Bank of South Carolina. He serves on the AgFirst/FCBT Plan Sponsor Committee, AgFirst Plan Sponsor Committee, and the Farm Credit System Presidents Planning Committee (member of the Finance Committee and Business Practices Committee). Mr. Amerson is a member of the AgFirst Executive Committee.

Stephen Gilbert
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gilbert received a B.S. in business administration with a major in accounting and a minor in economics from Syracuse University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of South Carolina and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Prior to joining AgFirst in 2007, he was employed by Price Waterhouse LLP, Pirelli Cables and Systems North America, and Hanson Brick and Tile North America. Mr. Gilbert currently serves as chairman of the Disclosure Committee at AgFirst and co-chairman of the Data Governance Steering Committee. He is a member of the AgFirst Executive, Management Coordination and Asset/Liability Management committees, as well as the Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Steering Committee. Mr. Gilbert is also a member of the Farm Credit System Disclosure Committee.

Reggie Holt
President & Chief Executive Officer

Reggie began his Farm Credit career in 1982 serving as a branch manager at the East Carolina Farm Credit in Swan Quarter, North Carolina. In 1985 he transferred to the Farm Credit Bank of Columbia (AgFirst) serving in various credit administration and audit positions until 1992 when he joined Farm Credit of Central Florida as Area Vice President. From 1997 to 2007 Reggie served as Senior Vice President and Director of Agribusiness Lending. Reggie has served in his current position since early 2008.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance from East Carolina University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Southern College and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Reggie is also a graduate of the Wedgeworth Leadership Institute at the University of Florida and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Corporate Governance program. He serves as a board member of the Florida State Fair Authority. Reggie is a member and past president of the Plant City Rotary Club.
 

Jeff Phillips
Chief Lending Officer

Jeff is a native of Dade City, FL. He began his career with Farm Credit of Central Florida in 1997 as a Senior Credit Analyst in the Agribusiness Lending Group.

Jeff attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance as well as his Master of Science degree in Food and Resource Economics.

Jeff is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Jeff has served various roles in credit analysis and lending throughout his 22 years with the Association and in his current position he is responsible for the Association’s lending unit.

Johan Dam
Chief Marketing Officer | Chief Risk Officer

Johan began his career in the financial services industry in 1996.  He served in a variety of roles within the industry including retail banking, commercial banking, underwriting, and loan origination.

In 2007, he began his career at Farm Credit of Central Florida serving in roles as a commercial loan officer, Chief Relationship Manager, Special Assets Manager, investment portfolio manager, and Director of Capital Markets.    In 2015, Johan left the Farm Credit System to take a position at an Agribusiness lending group in California.  In this role, Johan was responsible for loan originations across the Southwestern United States.

In 2018, Johan returned to his Lakeland roots at Farm Credit of Central Florida.  Johan is currently the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer where he is responsible for digital strategy, marketing, and sales management. A graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Johan holds a B.S. in Organization Management and Finance from Warner Southern College and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
